There are multiple open positions on the Baywood Shadows Civic Association’s Board of Directors. If you are interested in being a candidate for election to the Board of Directors, please check the box below, fill in the information, and sign the form below. You must provide us with: your full name, phone number, email, and street address to be included on the official ballot. Please complete and mail this application by March 15, 2024.
You may also apply as a candidate via our website www.BaywoodShadows.org no later than March 15, 2024. This application form is also available for download on our website under the Documents tab.
