The Baywood Shadows HOA
The Baywood Shadows Civic Association is managed solely by volunteer neighborhood residents who make up our elected board of directors. There are a number of board and committee positions open at this time. Please consider donating your time!
Annual HOA Dues Payment
Our 2025 annual dues are $90.77, payable by March 31st, and are mandatory in eight of our nine sections. There will be a 10% late charge added if your payment is not received by March 31 of each year. Billing will be sent in February, but you may pay online any time.
Community Garage Sale
Our Fall 2025 Garage Sale is scheduled for Oct. 23-25. Complete a registration form if you intend to participate.
