Welcome to The Baywood Shadows
Baywood Shadows is an established community of 434 homes located south of Fairmont Parkway and east of Space Center Boulevard in Pasadena, Texas and is part of the Deer Park Independent School District. We are located near excellent medical facilities as well as schools, churches, and numerous shopping venues and restaurants. Holly Bay Court, a City of Pasadena park, is part of our community and contains exercise equipment, a lighted walking trail, a playground, and restroom facilities and connects to Armand Bayou Walking Trail.
Baywood Shadows is close to Beltway 8, I-45 and Highway 225 so Downtown Houston, the Texas Medical Center, and Hobby Airport and the Houston Ship Channel are all less than 30 minutes away. We are also near NASA and the Kemah Boardwalk, and about 35 minutes from Galveston.

Annual Assessment
UP KEEP
Presentation is what draws Great people into Great Neighborhoods, whether it is our beautiful inviting entry signs with lighting, attractive landscaping, unique street signs or just the cleanliness and maintenance of our neighborhood it is up the “US” to keep it maintained. All of these items have been added over the years by your active HOA.
Our annual dues are $75.02 per year and are mandatory in eight of our nine sections. Annual statements are mailed to each homeowner in January or February of each year. Dues are payable on January 1 and due by March 31st. The “annual” general meeting will be posted on the web site.
"Formed in the spirit of dynamic growth,
social justice and intellectual pursuits."
The Baywood Shadows Civic Association is managed solely by volunteer neighborhood residents who make up our elected board of directors. The Board is committed to keeping our dues as affordable as possible while providing residents the services and protection expected of an effective Civic Association. We have long enjoyed a close working relationship with the City of Pasadena and will make every effort to do so in the future.
